Use of the Service

  • iSportSystem is an online booking system that we provide to operators (e.g., sports centers, fitness studios, leisure facilities) for managing their bookings and offers.
  • We are the service provider of the booking system and are not a party to any reservations or agreements made between operators and their customers.
  • Operators are responsible for the content of their offers and for fulfilling reservations made through the system.

Responsible Use

  • You must not misuse the system, disrupt its operation, or engage in any unauthorized activities (e.g., data scraping, spreading malicious code).
  • Automated access or any other method of unauthorized access to the platform is strictly prohibited.

Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

User Content

  • If you upload content (e.g., text, images), you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
  • Content must not be illegal, infringe on the rights of others, or violate any laws.
  • We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

  • iSportSystem is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, content, or legality of the services or offers provided by operators using the system.

Termination and Changes

  • We may update these Terms of Service. The latest version will always be available on our website.
  • Continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
